Betsy C. Bennett, 83, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Saturday, March 25th at UPMC, Altoona.

She was born December 16, 1933 in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles and Nellie (Colyer) Noye.

Betsy married Robert F. "Bob" Bennett, March 7, 1952 in Greenwood United Methodist Church.  He preceded her in death March 19, 2017 after having shared 65 years of marriage.

Surviving are two daughters:  Mary Ann Ritchey (Dave) of Altoona; Terri Ayers, Duncansville; two sons:  Tim (Adriana) of California; Andy (Stacy) of Florida; six grandchildren:  Grace and Jack Bennett of California; Gavin and Kaitlyn Bennett, Florida; Brittany Radomski (Tom), Pittsburgh; Glenn Ritchey (fiance Nicole McClure) of Altoona; a great-grandson, Derek Robert Radomski; a brother, Wes; and sisters:  Thelma Poorman of California;  Sara Conner, Tyrone; Bonnie Blake of Texas and Doris Noye, Greenwood.

She was preceded in death by twin daughters: Robin Lee and Tina Marie; sisters:  Miriam Noye, Elizabeth Bartley; and brothers:  Leroy, Charles and Frank.

Betsy was a graduate of Altoona High School, class of 1951.

She retired as a driver from IU08.  Prior to that she had been employed by Butterick.

Betsy was a member of Greenwood United Methodist Church and a former member of Garden Heights United Methodist Church.

Betsy enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandson; her loving pets; gardening, painting, and creating flower arrangements.

Friends will be received 11am to 2pm, Monday, March 27th at Sorge Funeral Home, Inc., Hollidaysburg immediately followed by a 2pm funeral service by Rev. Kevin Locker.  Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
