Donna J. (Moyer) Burkhart

Donna J. Burkhart, 75, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Thursday evening, March 16th at her residence.

She was born February 5, 1942, daughter of Leo and Theda M. (Shock) Moyer.

Donna married Ronald B. Burkhart, September 14, 1969 in Winchester, VA.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years; two daughters:  Ronda J. Golden (William) of Gallitzin; Gina K. Lynn (Ryan) of Hollidaysburg; a son, John E. Kenawell (Jodie) in Altoona; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.  Also surviving is a sister, Mona "Cookie" Carland.

She was preceded in death by a brother, William Moyer, 1977.

Donna retired from Fort Fetter American Legion Post 516 as a bartender.

She was a member of American Legion Post, 516 and the Allegheny Club.

Donna enjoyed her family and friends; camping and yard sales.

Friends will be received Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 3-4pm at Sorge Funeral Home, Inc., Hollidaysburg, immediately followed by a 4pm funeral service by Pastor Kathy Colebank.

Committal in New St. Mary Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
