Ivan G. Murtiff

Ivan G. Murtiff, 73, Altoona, died Friday, July 28, 2017.

He was born June 28, 1944, in Altoona, son of the late Melvin E. and Virginia (Boston) Murtiff.

Surviving are three children: Kimberly Marie Himes, Rex Alex and Kenneth Earl; six grandchildren; seven great-grandsons; and a sister, Donna Shope.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin L.

Ivan was a U.S. Army veteran.

At Ivan's request, there will be no public viewing or service. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery.
