Kenneth K. "Keef" Warner, 82, of Hollidaysburg Veteran's Home, formerly of Murrysville and St. Cloud, FL, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday evening at UPMC Altoona.

He was born in Wilkinsburg, son of the late Jacob and Ammasetta (Ferguson) Warner.

Keef married Barbara Lee Daw, September 15, 1956 in Wilkinsburg.

Surviving are his wife with whom he shared 60 years of marriage; a daughter, Sharon Wittig and husband, Lawrence of Scottdale, PA; a son, Dr. Darryl W. and wife, Susan Haney-Warner of Hollidaysburg; five grandchildren:  Terra Wertz (Mike); Shauna Bennett (Josh); Corey Wittig (Carrie); Kaitlyn Menguc (Yigit) and Lara Imes (Garrett); three great-grandchildren; sisters: Bonnie Petroski of Florida; Linda Young and Susan Baker, both of Ohio.

Ken was a graduate of Wilkinsburg High School, class of 1952.  He was a US Navy veteran having served aboard the USS Charles J. Badger during the Korean Conflict.

Ken was a self-employed painting contractor.  While living in Florida, he worked at Disney World.

Keef enjoyed his family; fishing and camping.

Friends will be received from 2-3 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Altoona Bible Church immediately followed by a 3 pm funeral service by Pastor Stewart W. McClelland.  Military honors by Blair County Veteran's Honor Guard.

Interment will be at Twin Valley Memorial Cemetery, Delmont, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Activities Department, Hollidaysburg Veteran's Home, PO Box 319, Hollidaysburg, PA  16648 or the Altoona Bible Church.
