Adelaide M. Clapper, 89, Altoona, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at UPMC Altoona.
She was born April 8, 1928, in Altoona, daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (Sprow) McConnell.
Surviving are two sons: George A. and Terry L., and wife, Judy; five grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband George H. Clapper on February 1, 2006; and two sons: Gary and William.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2018, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Altoona, Father James M. Dugan celebrant.
