Betty F. (Fisher) Kelly

Betty F. Kelly, 92, formerly of Saxton, passed away Friday morning at Garvey Manor.

She was born in Saxton, daughter of the late Chester and Dollie (Miller) Fisher.

Surviving are three daughters:  Jonie Shaffer and husband Warren of Middletown, Karen Silliman of Hollidaysburg, Sharon Hoffman of Duncansville; a son: Raymond C. also of Duncansville; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and a brother, John in Florida.

She was preceded in death by three sisters:  Dorothy Dilling; Mildred Kerchesky and Mary Cooper.

Betty was retired from the Boy's Home in California as a cook.  She was a member of Stonerstown Church of the Brethren.

Betty enjoyed spending time with her family; sewing, crafts, and traveling.

Friends will be received Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 9 am to the 11 am funeral service at Sorge Funeral Home, Inc., Hollidaysburg.  Pastor Tim McGarvey, officiating.  Interment will be in Carson Valley Cemetery.
