Charlene J. Daugherty, 51, Altoona, passed away Monday at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of Calvin Jr. and the Shirley (Walk) Blontz. Shirley died 1995. Surviving are her boyfriend, Edward Baldish; a daughter, Laura Rutherford; and 2 brothers: Kevin Joseph Blontz and Dave Blontz .

There will be no public services.
