David A. "Sharky" Halton

David A. "Sharky" Halton Jr., 42, Altoona, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 27, 2017.

He was born December 12, 1974, in Altoona, son of David A. Sr. and Janice M. (Grassmyer) Halton. In 2012, he married Jamie Zimmerman.

Surviving are his wife of five years; two stepdaughters: Taylor and Alexis Trenger; his parents of Altoona; his grandmother, Betty L. Grassmyer of Altoona; a sister, Valerie Jones of Bellwood; a niece, Kirsten; and a nephew, Cody.

Dave was a 1993 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School. He enjoyed motorcycles, woodworking, fishing and his dogs.

Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until the 3:00 p.m. memorial service, Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.
