Diana M. (Johnston) Colabrese, 82, Hollidaysburg, passed away Wednesday at her residence surrounded by family.
She was born in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late John and Mercedes (Michel) Johnston.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Fred J. Colabrese; two daughters: Donna M. Gagnon and husband, Rick, in Virginia and Jill Hileman and husband, Dan, of Hollidaysburg; two sons: Ron and wife, Lisa, of Pittsburgh and Dan and wife, Michele in Alabama; 11 grandchildren: Megan, Ben, Katelyn, RJ, Lauren, Hope, Audrey, Taylor, Allison, Meredith and Jacob; two great-grandchildren: Grace and Levi; a sister-in-law, Ann Laman; and a brother-in-law, Dennis Laman.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carole, in 2017.
She graduated from Duquesne University in 1959 and retired as a teacher from Hollidaysburg Area High School. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
Diana loved family vacations and playing bridge.
Friends will be received from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2019, and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, where a vigil service will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Father Alan E. Thomas, celebrant. Committal will be at New St. Mary Cemetery.
