Elaine Clinger Obituary

Elaine A. (Spallone) Clinger, 67, Altoona, died Wednesday at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Nicholas and Dolores (D'Amata) Spallone.

She married Thomas Clinger Sr. in 1971, and he preceded her in death in 2005. Surviving are four children: Brenda Clinger, Lisa Daugherty, Christine Cover and Thomas Jr., all of Altoona; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene Grassi.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
