Eric H. Badorrek

Eric H. Badorrek, 57, Hollidaysburg, passed away Thursday at UPMC Altoona.

He was born in Altoona, son of Herbert E. and the late Brunhilde (Semmler) Badorrek. Surviving are two children: Katrina Winters in Florida and Alexander E. of Altoona; a grandson, Mathias; his father of Hollidaysburg; a sister, Heidi Mabry, of Hollidaysburg; and a brother, Greg, of Hollidaysburg.

Eric was a 1979 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. He was self employed as a real estate investor property manager.

He enjoyed spending time with his grandson, smoking cigars and his weekly cookouts.

Friends will be received from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 5:00 p.m., with Pastor Jaime G. Olson officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park.
