Floyd Merle Lockard

Floyd Merle Lockard, 74, formerly of Claysburg, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the Village of Morrison Cove.

He was born July 9, 1943, in Fairhope, Somerset Co., son of the late Ralph and Edna (Bruck) Lockard.

Surviving are a sister Ruth L. Imler; and four brothers: Wilbur, Galen, Robert and David.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, at the Upper Claar Church of the Brethren ,405 Upper Claar Rd, Pastor David Maxwell officiating.

Interment will be at Bedford County Memorial Park.
