Genevieve "Jen" Huntsman

Genevieve "Jen" Huntsman, 63, Altoona, passed peacefully on Saturday at Maybrook Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by friends and family.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles and Audrey Mills (Conrad).

Surviving are her husband, Ronald Huntsman; a daughter, Tamara Boggs and husband, Matthew, of Altoona; four grandchildren: Melanie, Skhiler, Joseph and Brayden; two sisters: Dorothy and Debbie; two brothers: Pete and Jimmy; her mother-in-law, Jean; a sister-in-law, Renee; and Nicole, Christopher and many other nieces and nephews.

Jen was a 1973 graduate of Central High School. She retired on disability as assistant manager of Dollar General.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, the Reverend Jaime G. Olson officiating. At the family's request, final disposition will be private.
