Iva Jean Snyder

Iva Jean Snyder, 82, of Duncansville,  passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 at UPMC, Altoona.

She was born July 11, 1934 in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert and Annie (Williams) Snyder.

Surviving are three brothers:  Dean and William of Duncansville, and Dennis L. of Puzzletown.

She was preceded in death by two brothers:  Ernest and Robert; and a sister, LucyAnn.

Iva Jean had formerly worked on the assembly line at Martinsburg Shoe Factory.

She attended Puzzletown Road Bible Church.  Iva Jean enjoyed embroidery; working cross-word puzzles, and watching TV.

Friends will be received 2-4 pm, Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Sorge Funeral Home, Inc., Hollidaysburg, immediately followed by a 4 pm funeral service by Pastor David Huston.  Interment will be in Dry Run Cemetery.
