Jennifer A. Tomalson

Jennifer A. Tomalson, 58, Altoona, died unexpectedly Tuesday in Juniata. 

She was born in Emporium, daughter of Richard and Emily (Newell) Igou.

Surviving are her husband of 21 years, Scott A. Tomalson; a daughter, Kendi E. Raeke and husband, Elvis of Shippensburg; a son, Michael R.J. Seidel and wife, Jessica M. of Juniata; three granddaughters: Olivia, Paisley and Cali; her mother; and three sisters: twins Cindy and K.T. of Florida and Patti Wendle and husband, David of Hollidaysburg. She was preceded in death by her father.

Jennifer was a graduate of Altoona High School, class of 1978; and Greater Altoona Vo-Tech as an LPN in 1993.  She was employed by Arcadia Cove Forge of Williamsburg as an LPN.

She loved animals and was an activist on their behalf.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, at Roma Church, Juniata. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.
