Karen K. Rodland

Karen K. Rodland, 62, Hollidaysburg, died Saturday at her residence. 

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Carl and Jean (Conrad) Rodland.

Surviving are her companion, Terry Wertz; a son, Christopher; one granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by two aunts: Thelma Wallace and Mary Rodland, who raised her.

She attended Hollidaysburg Area High School and worked as a factory laborer for 13 years with James Industries, and then served as an employee at OIP Hollidaysburg for another 13 years.

Karen enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing bingo and cards with her friends, and spending time with Terry.

Friends will be received from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.

Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park.
