Sandra L. "Sandy" (Troutman) Blair

Sandra L. "Sandy" (Troutman) Blair, 78, Altoona, died Monday at Martha's Manor in Lilly.

She was born at home in Juniata, daughter of the late William R. and Emily G. (O'Donald) Troutman. She married William H. Blair Sr. in 1955, and he preceded her in death in 1998, after 43 years of marriage.

Surviving are three daughters: Mary Morgan and husband, Calvin, in Idaho, Linda Murphy and husband, John, and Brenda Hicks and fiancee, Donna Russel, all of Altoona; two sons: William H. Jr. and wife, Rhonda, of Lewisberry, and George and wife, Vicki, of Altoona; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and three nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon K. Cooper; and a brother, William A. Troutman.

Sandy retired from C-COR Co. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

At Sandy's request, there will be no public services. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg. Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
