Amy J. (Davis) Brehm, 68, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Wednesday at her residence after a 6-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John and Hazel (Dougherty) Davis. She first married Wesley Price who preceded her in death in 2002. She then married Zenas “Zeke” Brehm in 2007.
Surviving are her husband of 14 years; a daughter, Pam Huber and husband Richard Jr. of Altoona; a grandson, Tyler; step-children: Jan Moraski of Lancaster and C. Andrew Brehm (Bethany) of Carnegie; step-grandchildren: Avery, Miles, Wesley, Julise, Zigmund ,and Oskar.
She was preceded in death by a son, Shawn Price in 2013 and a brother Gayle Davis.
Amy was a 1970 graduate of Altoona High School and worked at Sears Credit. She then retired from the Dept of Public Welfare after 16 years as a caseworker.
She was a member of First UMC, Hollidaysburg.
Amy enjoyed her family, friends, her dog, Bear, photography, gardening, and traveling. She especially cherisher her trip with her husband to Turkey, Croatia, and the Greek Isles. She enjoyed vacationing in Maui and the Southwest for the balloon Fiesta.
Amy was a 24-year survivor of heart disease.
Friends will be received from 10-12noon on Monday Nov 15, 2021 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 12 noon. Pastor Grace Marie Ransom officiating. Interment at Blair Memorial Park.
