Anthony V. Mulgannon, 68, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Tacoma, WA, son of Loretta (Stepowski) Derderian.

Surviving are two daughters: Kelly Sanchez in CO and Delilah Mulgannon in NY; two grandchildren: Regan and Reiyah; and his mother in FL.

He graduated from LaGuardia College with an A.S. in Accounting. Tony worked for the USPS for 20+ years, then worked as a security guard.

Tony enjoyed music, horses, and making everyone in his life laugh and feel cared for. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend.
