Brian L. Keiser

June 16, 1972 – Apr 10, 2021

Brian L. Keiser, 48, of Altoona, passed away Saturday at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, with his family by his side. Brian fought his battle with cancer for eight long years, always with support from family and friends. He was born in Altoona, son of Rock and Nancy (McGeary) Keiser. Brian met the love of his life, Tracy Merritts in 1993, and were married on June 16, 2001.         

Brian will be deeply missed by his parents, wife, and four companions: Wrangler, Chester, Remington, and Cooper. He was also loved by his grandmothers, Dorothy McGeary and Thelma Daughenbaugh; mother-in-law, Pat Merritts; and many other family and friends.

Brian was a 1990 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and was employed at Small Tube Products in Duncansville, as a maintenance technician.

He loved 4 wheeling, working on cars with Cheyney, hunting, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially at Camp Socie.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public services.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
