Brian E. Weaver, 36, of Duncansville, passed away Saturday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Wayne E. and Carla J. (Moyer) Weaver.
Surviving are his girlfriend, Laura Uveges; two sons: Brayden and Cameron; a sister, Hope Benning; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brian graduated from Penn Cambria High School in 2004. He enlisted in the US Army National Guard and served with Co B 2/112th Infantry in Iraq, where he was awarded Army Good Conduct medal, National Defense Service medal, Global War on Terrorism Service medal, Humanitarian Service medal, Iraq Q Campaign medal with Campaign Star, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development ribbon, Army Service ribbon, and Armed Forces Reserve medal.
Friends will be received from 1 to 4pm on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service with full military honors will immediately follow at 4pm.
