Carol A. (McCleary) Berry

Carol A. (McCleary) Berry, 91, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday in Rocky River, OH. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late James and Lillie (Wertz) McCleary. She married Elvin Berry in 1953, he preceded her in death in 1971 after sharing 18 years of marriage.

Surviving are a daughter, Kathy Neely of Hollidaysburg; a son, Melvin Berry and wife Gina in OH; four grandchildren: Dawn (Mike), Rob, Jeff, and Allison, and 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, Melvin McCleary; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Wade, in 2009; a brother, Ronald McCleary; and a son-in-law, Donald Neely.

Carol retired from James Industries after 20+ years.

She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Friends will be received from 11am to 1pm on Friday Oct 25, 2024 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm.

Private interment at Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
