Carol A. (Ritchey) Smith, 65, of Altoona, passed away Saturday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John and Delores (Slates) Ritchey.

Surviving are two sons: Jason (Beth) and Justin; six grandchildren: Brooke, Jerrod, Julia, Jocelyn, Halley, and Remington; two sisters: Gloria Beatty and Sarah Napolitana; and a brother, Bill Ritchey.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Lee Ritchey.

Carol enjoyed watching movies, playing board games, and crocheting.
