Catherine V. (Flick) McDonald, 87, of Lakemont, passed away at Midtown Oaks. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles and O. Grace (Evans) Flick. She married James McDonald Sr., who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a daughter, Catherine Weyant; 4 grandchildren: Alicia, Ryan, Serenity, and Syrus, and 3 great-grandchildren; siblings: Shirley Wallace and Charles Flick Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, James Jr.

Catherine graduated from Cresson Joint HS in 1959 and retired from Mercy Hospital as a Nurse Aide.

All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.

Private interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
