Cecilia Rose (Keagy) Stanley

Cecilia R. (Keagy) Stanley, 62, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Blandburg, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Richard and Rose Marie (Warner) Keagy. She married Todd Stanley on October 5, 1979. He preceded her in death on June 17, 2021, after sharing 42 years of marriage.

Surviving are a son, Nigel Stanley and wife, Ashley; four grandchildren: Dylan, Allysin, Chase, and Gage; eight sisters: Dianne Contreras, Christine Lingenfelter and husband, Richard, Deborah Walters and partner, Gary Eisenberger, Marcella Connacher and husband Michael, Charlotte Walker and husband, Doug, Celeste Weidlich and husband, Ron, Kathleen Elmore and husband, Bob, Andrea Keagy-Eichenlaub and husband, Robert; a brother, Richard Keagy; four sisters-in-law: Kathy Stanley, Cindy DiBona, Lori Alexis and husband, Bill, and Mary Stanley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, James Stanley; her father-in-law, Joseph Stanley; and mother-in-law, Earline Stanley.

Cecilia graduated from Hollidaysburg High School in 1979. She worked with her husband and brother-in-law in the family business, Stanley’s Autobody. Cecilia was of the Catholic faith.

She enjoyed gardening, animals, working with her husband, and spending time with her family.
