Charles “Redd” J. Cooper Jr., 70, of Altoona, passed away Sunday. He was born in Conemaugh, son of the late Charles J. Jr. and Florence (Stiles) Cooper.

Surviving are a son, Charles “CJ” Cooper III; and a brother, William Cooper.

He worked for Matt Reed Masonry for over 20 years. Redd enjoyed antique collecting.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public services. Cremation by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.
