Charlotte P. (Snare) Ross

Charlotte P. (Snare) Ross, 92, of Altoona, passed away Sunday. She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of the late Robert and Mae (Kensinger) Snare. She married Clair H. Ross who preceded her in death in 1983.

Surviving are a daughter, Amy C. Ross; two sons: Allen W. and Terry L.; eight grandchildren; and a brother, Joe Snare.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherena Ross; a son, Clair Ross; and two sisters: Shirley Isenberg and Marge Waite.                 

Charlotte was a member of the Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg and enjoyed children and babies.      

Friends will be received from 2 to 4pm Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg where a funeral service will immediately follow at 4pm with Pastor John Kratz officiating.        

Private interment at New Canoe Creek Cemetery.
