Debra K. Morgan

Debra K. Morgan, 73, of Altoona, passed away Friday.  She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John and Joann (Brubaker) Morgan.

Surviving are a daughter, Amanda of Hollidaysburg; two grandchildren: Braeden and Axel; a brother, Barry and wife Charlene of Duncansville; and many nieces and nephews.

Debby graduated from Altoona High School in 1970 and was the first certified female barber in Blair County, and retired as a chef from the Old Canal Inn.

She attended St. James Lutheran Church.

Debby was an avid NASCAR fan, animal lover, and enjoyed listening to country music.

Friends will be received from 12 noon until 2pm on Monday Dec 16, 2024 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 2pm with Pastor Dave McClanahan officiating.
