Dolores J. (Mock) Murtagh Rigby, 82, Hollidaysburg, passed away Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Chester V. and Mary Kathryn (Amick) Mock. She married Joseph Rigby in 2013.
In addition to her husband, surviving are two daughters: Kathy Davis and husband, Steve, of Hollidaysburg, and Mary Ann Zenobia and husband, John, of Duncansville; son, Andrew Murtagh and wife, Patty, of Tyrone; a stepdaughter, Susan Gortney and husband, Samuel in South Carolina; a stepson, Roy Rigby and wife, Melissa, of Huntingdon; seven grandchildren; Ashley, Stephanie and Eric Davis, Jack and Alana Murtagh and Emily and Gianna Zenobia; five step grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; a brother, Byron Mock in Utah; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul R. Murtagh, with who she spent many loving years with, he passed away in 2011; and a son-in-law, Buddy Brunner.
Dolores was a seamstress at Kaufman's Wedding World and David's Bridal for many years. She was a member of Llyswen Methodist Church, Altoona.
She loved spending time with her family and her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing with her husband, Joe, and enjoyed helping and giving. Dolores truly lived a life of providing service to others.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Llyswen United Methodist Church, Altoona. A private interment will be at Alto-Reste Park. Cremation service provided by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolores' memory may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
