Donald L. Chewning

Donald L. Chewning, 70, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Spotsylvania, VA, son of the late Roy C. and Katherine (Lane) Chewning. He married Diane Hamblen in 2003. Surviving are his wife of 17 years; a son, Christopher and wife Carolynn in MD; step-children: John Seitz and wife Ashleigh in AL, Christopher Johnson and wife Krista in MI, Matthew Johnson and wife Kaitlynn, and Sarah Rothrauff and husband Drexel, all of Hollidaysburg; 9 grandchildren; and 5 siblings. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Don retired from Electronic Data Systems as a project manager. He loved golf and enjoyed car shows.

There will be no public services. Cremation service by Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
