Donna Davis Russell, 66, of Altoona, passed away Saturday. She was born in Munich, Germany, daughter of the late James and June (Newell) Davis.
Surviving are her partner of 26 years, Brenda Hicks; a sister, Dorris; and 2 brothers: Bobby and Earl.
Donna was preceded in death by her brother Billy.
She served in the US Airforce for 10 years, working in air traffic control.
Donna enjoyed the beach and fishing.
