Dorothy A. (Decker) Harper, 73, of Bellwood, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Bellwood, daughter of the late Fred and Thelma (Forshey) Decker. She married George H. Harper in 1970.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years; three daughters: Tammy Wood in OH, Vera Gray in OH, and DeLaina Richard and husband Mike in RI; a son, George H. II and wife Christine of Bellwood; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters: Judy Howard and Nancy Worthy; and a brother, Tom Decker.

Dorothy was preceded in death by siblings: Richard Decker, Patricia Gearhart, Nadine Thornburg; and children: Timmy, Hiram (Christopher), Angela, and Shawn (Joker) Ray.

She retired as a supervisor at Commercial Envelope after 23 years service.

Dorothy enjoyed sewing and quilting, going on cruises, and spending all her time with her family.
