Edgar McCloskey Obituary

Edgar D. McCloskey, 84, formerly of Florida, died Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.

He was born April 14, 1934, in Altoona, son of the late Earl D. and Beatrice (Rhodes) McCloskey. He married Evelyn M. Duffield. Surviving are his wife of 54 years; a stepdaughter, Brenda L. Ermin; and two grandchildren: Adam and Tyler.

Edgar was U.S. Army veteran.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or funeral service. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.
