Frank C. Miller, 59, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at AristaCare at Hearthside in State College.
He was born in Altoona, son of Martha (Hatch) and the late Paul Miller.
He is survived by his mother; a daughter, Brandy, and her husband, Richard; three grandchildren; two sisters: Peggy Contreras and Mary Maurer; two brothers: Butch and Patrick; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a nephew, Kevin.
At the request of the family, all services are private.
