Frederick "Bill" W. Brewer

June 18, 1958 – May 24, 2026          

Frederick “Bill” W. Brewer, 67, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at Maybrook Hills. He was born in Altoona, son of the later Frederick G. and Catherine (Adams) Brewer. He married Charlotte (Diehl), who preceded him in death in 2011.

Surviving are his special friends: Bob and Sharon Miller, Tammy and Shannon Taylor, and Tom Shoeman and his work family.

Bill graduated from Altoona High School and worked at Blair Image Element for 40+ years.

He was a 50+ year member of the Knights of Columbus.             

Bill enjoyed riding his Harley and tinkering with motors.

Friends will be received from 3 to 5pm Friday, May 29, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5pm.

Private interment at Calvary Cemetery.
