George Jackson IV Obituary
George E. Jackson IV, 61, Altoona, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday at his residence.
He was born in Long Island, N.Y., son of the late George E. III and Barbara Jackson.
Surviving are his partner, Loretta Shepard; three children: Gloria Shepard, George Jackson V and Gerell Shepard Sr.; six grandchildren: George VI, Gaheim, Niobe, Gerell Jr., Gemayla and Gi'ahni; and three stepchildren: Issyah, Diamasia and Sahmyah.
He spent his career working as a DJ, and was known as DJ MIXMaster Splash.
George enjoyed playing poker and was a member of a Poker League. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and music was his passion.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
