Irma M. (Parsons) Campbell, 78, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Friday. She was born at home in Geeseytown, daughter of the late Charles and M. Wilma (Griffith) Parsons. She first married Barry Burget, who preceded her in death in 1986. She then married Paul F. Campbell, who preceded her in death in 2022 after sharing 23 years of marriage.
Surviving are two daughters: Cynthia L. Burget of Hollidaysburg, and Amanda J. Lykens and husband Michael of Altoona; a brother, Greg Parsons of Hollidaysburg; and many nieces and nephews.
Irma graduated from Hollidaysburg High School in 1963 and retired as a bookkeeper. She was co-owner of Burget’s Corner Dairy and Grocery in Hollidaysburg.
She enjoyed rooting for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers, and Penn State football.
All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.
