James E. Stanley, 65, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Tuesday at Conemaugh Nason Hospital. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Joseph and Earline (Johnson) Stanley. He married Mary Spinazzola in 1982.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years; two daughters: Jessica Baum and husband Brian, and Jennifer Stanley and husband Marlo; a son, Matthew; three sisters: Kathy Stanley, Cindy DiBona, Lori Alexis; and a sister-in-law, Cecelia Stanley. He was preceded in death by a brother, Todd.
Jim graduated from Hollidaysburg in 1976 and retired from Stanley’s Autobody.
He enjoyed Civil War history and visiting Gettysburg, and working on cars.
