Janet L. (Costlow) Walker

Janet L. (Costlow) Walker, 88, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Monday at Garvey Manor. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Elvin J. and Anna Mary (Baker) Costlow. She married Jack Walker Sr. who preceded her in death in 2019 after sharing 65 years of marriage.

Surviving are her two daughters: Debbie Dobrowolsky of Blue Knob and Susan Feathers (Kerry) in FL; two sons: Dennis (Rhonda) of Duncansville and and Jack Jr. (Julie) in FL; a daughter-in-law, Lorrie Walker; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dennis Costlow.

She was preceded in death by a son, Michael in 2022.

Janet graduated from Hollidaysburg High School in 1954 and worked at Baronner’s Farm Market for 10 years.

She attended Puzzletown Road Bible Church and was a former Township Auditor.

Janet enjoyed watching football and spending time with family.

Friends will be received from 11am to 1pm, Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg where a funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm with Pastor Kerry Feathers, officiating.

Private interment at Dry Run Cemetery.
