Kenneth J. Barroner

Kenneth J. Barroner, 91, of Duncansville, passed away Sunday at Conemaugh Nason Hospital. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Lester and Goldie (Shephard). He married Merelyn J. Wagner in 1954 who preceded him in death in 2022, after sharing 68 years of marriage.

Surviving are his two daughters: Debra Campbell and husband Matthew in WV, and Lisa Moyer and husband William of Hollidaysburg; a son, Mike and wife Debra of Hollidaysburg; six grandchildren: Jennifer, Jason, Jami, Joshua, Emily, and Philip; and 10 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by siblings: Kathryn “Toot” Blazer and Raymond “Bump” Barroner and a great-granddaughter, Madalyn.

Ken retired from Blair County.

He enjoyed camping, woodworking, dancing, and spending time with family.
