Larry L. Shipe, 58, of Blandburg, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Linda (Kuny) Howard.
Surviving are his wife of 12 years, Amy (Weaver); three daughters: Alyssa Shipe, Madison Wike, and Victoria Wike; three sons: Brian Shipe, Brandon Parks, Gaige Mentzer; six grandchildren; a brother, Gary O’shell; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Dustin; and siblings: Brian and Brenda.
Larry graduated from Glen Hope School and was self-employed as a general contractor.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles and atv’s, fishing and boating, and spending time with his family.
