Lawrence Resig Obituary
Sept 29, 1970 - July 23, 2020 Lawrence R. Resig, 49, of Duncansville, passed away Thursday in a car accident. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald and Elizabeth (Sippola) Resig. He married Lisa Childers in 2013.
Surviving are his wife of 7 years; five sisters: Deb Curfman (John), Michelle Resig, Andrea Campbell (Dan), Lisa Stoops, and Mary Ulsh (Joe); two brothers: Joe (Maddy) and Ken (Diane); and his friend, Dakota; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Dave, and was a 1988 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He was a maintenance worker at the Cove Shoe Factory and a member of Saxton Sportsmen’s Club. Larry enjoyed hunting, NASCAR, boating at Raystown, and spending time with his family and friends.
