Levina E. “Biney” (Smith) Hazenstab, 95, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at Altoona Center for Nursing Care. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Franklin) Smith. She married Donald F. Hazenstab in 1946, who preceded her in death in 2008.
She is survived by four grandchildren: Mike, Donette Speck, Tonda, and Heather; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Pauline Eger; and a brother, Trafford.
She was preceded in death by a son, Allen in 1990; two sisters: Judy Miller and Gloria Smith; and seven brothers: Harry, Mick, Skeets, Ears, Boog, Hoon, and Vian.
Biney enjoyed being a vendor at flea markets.
All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
Interment at Dry Run Cemetery.
