Marcy D. (Kimmel) Laird

Marcy D. (Kimmel) Laird, 45, of Altoona, passed away Thursday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leonard L. and Janet M. (Freidenbloom) Kimmel. She married Thomas Laird June 13, 2015.

Surviving are her husband of 8 years; sister, Denise Kimmel; brother, Paul Kimmel; two nieces and three nephews.

Marcy was a 1997 graduate of Altoona High School.

She was working at Home Instead, caring for elderly residents.   

Marcy enjoyed yard sales, resale stores, and being with her husband and family.
