Margaret "Peggy" Ann (Clyte) Campbell

Margaret A. “Peggy” (Clyte) Campbell, 84 of Hollidaysburg passed away Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Ernest P. and Marolyn L. (Kuny) Clyte. She married James R. Campbell on October 27, 1961, who preceded her in death on February 20, 1990, after sharing 28 years of marriage.

She is survived by a daughter, Debra Buchanan (Larry); and a son, Scott Campbell (Eileen); four grandchildren: Nicole, Lauren, Ross, and Emily; and five great-grandchildren.

Peggy loved her grandchildren and enjoyed birdwatching and gardening.   

Friends will be received from 12 noon – 2pm Friday, January 30, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg where a funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm.

Private interment at Presbyterian Cemetery.
