Marie Ann (McCue) Stock

Marie A. (McCue) Stock, 79, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday. She was born in Miami Beach, FL., daughter of the late Mary McCue. She married Donald G. Stock, Jr. in 1966.

Surviving are her husband of 58 years; a daughter, Michele Smith (Stanley); two sons: Donald G. III and Michael; and two grandchildren: Ashley and Nathan Smith.

Marie graduated from Hollidaysburg HS in 1963. She worked at various drugs stores and retired in 2004 as an assistant manager.

She was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary 8724 and lifetime member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. 

Marie enjoyed being a part of the Military Food Share where she got to meet and talk with many veterans, word search and sudoku puzzles, casinos, bingo, races with the YMCA and early morning swims.

Friends will be received from 4-6pm Monday, January 27, 2025 at Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc Hollidaysburg and 10am-12 noon Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, where a funeral Mass will immediately follow at noon.

Private interment at New St. Mary Cemetery.
