Mark A. Yingling

Mark A. Yingling, 48, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday at UPMC Presbyterian. He was born in Altoona, son of David and Helen (Mutzabaugh) Yingling. He married Kristy Stiffler in 2015.

Surviving are his wife of seven years; a daughter, Samantha Jo; a son, Tyler J. Harn; two step-children: Alayna and Aiden; his parents, of Hollidaysburg; and two brothers: David Jr. (Karen) and Stephen (Megan).

He was preceded in death by a brother, Timmy.

Mark graduated from Hollidaysburg High School in 1992. He worked as a Correctional Officer for 17 years at Blair County Prison.          

Mark was involved in the Keeper Bass Club.

He loved fishing, boating, and spending time with family.

Friends will be received from 1 to 5pm Monday August 1, 2022, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5pm.
