Melody A. McCready Miller

Sept 20, 1952 – Sept 28, 2025

Melody A. McCready Miller, 73, of Duncansville, passed away Sunday.  She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Homer Sr. and Virginia (Curry) McCready.

Surviving are a daughter, Stacey Singer and husband Benjamin of Duncansville; three grandchildren: Bryan, Alyson, Victor; and a brother, Homer McCready Jr. (Paula).

Melody graduated from Hollidaysburg High School and retired as a laborer from Norfolk Southern.

She enjoyed all things Disney.         

Friends will be received from 3-5pm on Thursday Oct 16, 2025 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5pm.  Feel free to wear Disney apparel in memory of Melody.
