Melvin V. Litzenberger, 87, of East Freedom, passed away Wednesday. He was born in Aitch, son of the late William Sr. and Susan (McMasters) Litzenberger. He married Dure Walk in 1999.
Surviving are his wife of 23 years; three sons: Dan, Ron, and Kevin; ten grandchildren; two great granddaughters; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by five siblings.
Melvin retired from PennDOT in 1988.
He enjoyed singing gospel music and playing guitar.
There will be no public services at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
