Michael “Red” J. Deyarmin Sr., 56, of Altoona, passed away Friday morning. He was born in Altoona son of the late Robert and Dolores (Edmundson) Deyarmin. He married Karen Shauf who preceded him in death in 2007.
Surviving are his son, Michael Jr. and wife, Sierra; two grandchildren: Rose and Roland; and one sister, Linda Walter.
He was a 1987 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and retired from Cove Shoe Co.
Red was a life member of Allegheny Township Fire Department - Canan Station.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
